Timeline Details
Please, write out full timeline of the day. List out start times and end times with a quick description (For example 1pm - 2pm: getting ready; 2pm - 3pm: first look into couple's portraits). Please include notes if things are still in flux and/or if you have questions for me, We will discuss everything on our final call. The final timeline will be the most important tool I use on wedding day, so the more detail the better.
Please also list the name and address of all pertinent wedding day locations
Will you being doing a "First Look"?

Any special rules or notes for your wedding ceremony?
Are there any restrictions at the ceremony/church I should know about?
Will there be any unique details worth mentioning to your exit as you walk out of the ceremony?
Will there be any unique details worth mentioning at the reception?
Are there any traditions or symbolic moments taking place during the ceremony or reception?
Family Formal Portraits
We recommend just 15 groupings or less. From our experience family photos can be the most stressful part of the wedding day.
Please list of every person by name in each grouping, including the couple.
For example:
Ashley, Zach, Nancy, Mitch
Ashley, Zach, Jaclyn
Ashley, Zach, Nancy, Mitch, Jaclyn
Ashley, Zach, Nancy, Mitch, Ben, Julie
Ashley, Zach, Ben, Julie
Ashley, Zach, Rachel
Ashley, Zach, Rachel, Doug
etc...
This part of the day tends to be the most hectic, so efficiency is key. Keep in consideration family members with mobility issues and ordering in a way that creates the least amount of change between groupings. Start with one partner's side building to the largest grouping, in the middle of these combinations should be where we photograph both sides. From there we can do the larger groupings of the other partner's side tapering off to the smaller groupings. In this manner we can dismiss people as they are no longer needed.
Delegate a point-person(s) who is familiar with everyone to help round up folks. Please make sure to kindly and clearly communicate *in advance* to family/friends the time and location (maybe even tell them it's a little earlier so when we arrive everyone is prepped and ready to go!)
Once everyone has arrived you can plan for 2-3 minutes for each grouping to have their photo taken.
Describe the mood/vibe for your wedding.
What is the final guest count of your event(s)?
What are the most important aspects and expectations of wedding photography to you?
What was your motivation behind the style of wedding you are planning?
Do your parents have any specific expectations regard the wedding photography?
What is the dresscode required for your guests?
When having your photo taken or when looking at photos of yourself, is there anything that either of you are self-conscious about?
Are there any divorced/separated parents or other family situations I should know about?
How high of a priority are couple's portraits?
